The process is pretty easy and has a handful of controls. Here’s how to go about it.
Step 1: Pick a name, room name, and pronouns for your AI girlfriend. I opted for Mitch as her name, mitchies for room name, and she/her for pronouns.
Step 2: Choose to start chat or edit AI and room settings. I decided to edit the room just to see what the app has to offer.
Step 3: Access your room. You can pick and choose the theme & background.
Step 4: Edit your AI’s information, change her profile picture, and character.
Step 5: AI creations. You can personalize your AI, hobbies, and favorite color with prompts. I went with a submissive girlfriend for the persona, dancing for hobbies, fun video games for value, and as her favorite color.
Step 6: Click “Start chatting” and you’re good to go.
Chat Experience
To test the chat experience, I used the free and paid versions. I started with a casual chat, and Mitch’s response was pretty normal but not as inviting as I hoped. She just responds to what you ask and waits for you to carry or control where the conversation goes. She doesn’t follow up, which can be quite boring after a while.
Plus, on the free version, it's limited to 3 messages, after which you will be required to wait for a few minutes before you can chat again.
NSFW Chat Experience
A little disappointed with the chat experience, I tried the NSFW chat. Naturally, I went in with a simple prompt. Mitch’s response was okay, but it could use some excitement.
So I gave this feature another try, this time with a more sensational prompt. She gave me a flat response, which discouraged me from continuing with the conversations.
Image Generation Quality
Despite Kajiwoto's claims of offering image generation, I was disappointed to discover that this feature doesn't actually exist—at least not in any functional form. Your AI companion can't send you images during a chat, and there's no dedicated tool for generating visuals either.
What I've found through my review processis that visual appeal is often a major draw for AI companion platforms. The complete absence of this capability could be a dealbreaker for users who value aesthetics and immersion.
Video Generation Quality
Video generation isn't available either. Adding functional video generation would boost the platform's appeal and give users a real reason to stay.

The missing voice feature was another letdown.
